Chiefs executive director of player personnel Ryan Poles has accepted the Chicago Bears' general manager job, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo reported Tuesday.
Poles, 36, also reached the second interview stage with the Giants and Vikings. He has been in Kansas City for 13 seasons.
