I still believe Fields will be a franchise QB for years to come. My assessment is he did not get the full support of Nagy and Pace. Good players in a bad system are a formula for disaster. Put Fields with the right offensive scheme that plays to his strength's and he will produce. Fields need a better supporting cast with a solid defense. To start putting up the wins and lead the Bears to respectability. Go Bears

I'm with you Sluggo, I hold out hope Fields is the guy.  I think if they could put a decent O line in front of him and give him an OC that can call a good game he appears to have all the skills and attributes needed to be successful in the NFL.  His highlight reel shows plenty of promise.

You have to remember Fields never took any snaps with the first team members in training camp/preseason. He really hadn't had any meaningful reps when he had to be inserted in that 4th game.

Maybe if the Bears can hire coaches, that aren't dumbasses about giving Fields reps, you'd also see big time progress!

I hope Justin has a 12 to15 year career with the Bears that is injury free. Justin will put up a lot of wins and make the Bears a solid franchise again.
